Yes, we provide pre-production samples for technical evaluation, performance testing, and quality approval before large-scale manufacturing begins.

We own two factories. We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the home appliance industry. You are welcome to visit our factory.

We also have established close partnerships with over 500 reliable domestic partners for the production and sourcing of new products.

We have over 5 years of export experience, heavily specializing in supplying high-quality small appliances to regions across South America, the Middle East, and Africa.

We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Other flexible terms can be negotiated based on long-term partnership evaluations.

Yes. We customize electrical configurations according to your target market—such as 110V–20V with US/Type N plugs for South America, or 220V–240V with UK/EU/BS plugs for the Middle East and African markets. All power cords are fully certified for safety.

Our QA/QC team performs a multi-stage inspection: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) on the 6+ assembly lines, and Final Quality Control (FQC). Testing includes high-voltage insulation tests, lifespan running tests, thermal safety cut-off checks, and drop tests for packaging.
